Cinnteacht keeps your personal details for two years after you have been in contact with us. When this time is over, your details will be deleted from our computers, any files shared files we have, and any hard copies we have will de disposed of.


Cinnteacht Ltd. would like to provide you with information about events, services and other things which we think would be of interest to you. If you have agreed to this, you can always change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time.

You have the right to unsubscribe from marketing information from Cinnteacht Ltd. or to object to the sharing of your details with other parties as mentioned above.

What rights do you have with regard to data protection?

The right to restrict processing: a person can ask the regulators to refrain from processing their details temporarily or permanently, most likely to confirm the accuracy of the details or to confirm the basis of the processing.

The right to accessibility: a person can ask the regulator to make their details available in a legible unusable way. There are exceptions to this right.

The right to access information: the person who is the subject of the details can ask the regulator to provide them with a copy of their personal details. This must be provided within a month of when the request was made. A claim for an extension of one month can be made in some cases.

The right to make a complaint: if the person who is the subject of the details is not happy that the regulator has complied to the rules of GDPR, they can make a complaint and try to get compensation in court.
