Hello, my name is Ursula Savage and I'm the founder of Cinnteacht.

I've worked for a range of different organisations over the years that have helped me to gain a wealth of experience in strategic planning, organisational development and research methods. I've used this experience to help other organisations, businesses and individuals with research, strategic planning and development over the years.

After gaining a degree in Law and Politics from Queen's University Belfast in 2012 I went on to gain a Masters in Legislative Studies and Practice, also from QUB, in 2013. Following that I studied a Masters in Modern Irish from Ulster University in 2016.

I spent time working with various organisations, among them the Stormont Assembly, Fóram na nÓg, Conradh na Gaeilge, Foras na Gaeilge and Newry Chamber of Commerce & Trade.  I also sat on a range of voluntary committees including Comhaltas Uladh of Conradh na Gaeilge, Coiste Gnó of Conradh na Gaeilge, the committees of Fóram na nÓg Féile Scoildrámaíochta an Iúir, Club Óige an Iúir and Gaelphobal Ard Mhacha Theas.

I've also been committed to continuing my professional development and, among other training and courses, in 2021 I gained a Professional Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy and in 2022 I completed a course in Counselling Skills at Southern Regional College.

I've worked with individuals, businesses and community groups all over Ireland to work to develop strategies, carry out research and set new goals for what they'd like to achieve.
